I've worked in the field of wellness for the past 13 years. My journey began as an athlete and since then I've worked as a weight loss coach, food and nutrition specialist, Reiki practitioner, fitness and spin instructor, and now for the last four years a TCM Practitioner and meditation teacher.
13 years of experience over 6 health and wellness disciplines.
Over that time I've refined or revolutionized my definition of wellness but I've always known that guiding people to their best health has been my mission in life!
I attended the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Vancouver from 2011-2015, and in that time completed a TCM internship at Tzu Chi Hospital in Taiwan. Studying TCM was a transformative experience in my approach to health and happiness, it helped me develop a fundamental respect for balance.

Traditional Chinese Medicine has lead me to understand that we can achieve our optimal state when we respect the balance in every aspect of our lives: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. I specialize in looking at the mind-body connection, and believe our thoughts and emotions contribute to how our body feels and performs.
